Anh Pham, B.A. - HIPAA Compliance Specialist

Anh Pham is a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Compliance Specialist for TCG and provides HIPAA support for Western Pacific Air Force Bases in Japan and Korea. She currently resides in western Tokyo, Japan. She also has experience working at the University of Hawai’i Office of International Education. She provided administrative and implementation support for two grant projects: 1) English language capacity building in Vietnam and 2) Learning Resource Center Development for four regional Vietnamese universities. She was previously with TCG as a Project Associate and was responsible for four program evaluation projects focused on HIV/AIDS and substance abuse prevention, youth mentoring, and parenting.

Ms. Pham completed her dual B.A. at California State University, Long Beach in the fields of Japanese Language and Asian Studies. She also holds a Graduate Certificate from the East-West Center/University of Hawai’i, Manoa from the Asia-Pacific Leadership Program. Currently, she is working on finishing her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawai’i, Manoa. She has had experience living and traveling in the Asia Pacific region and has attended conferences and workshops in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
