| Masato Inaba, M.S.W. - Senior Technical Advisor Masato Inaba is the Senior Technical Advisor of the company. In the past, he was the co-founder of U.S. Human Resources Corporation (HRC) since 1970. HRC provided technological research and development and management consulting services to public and private organizations. Its capabilities included management information systems, financial, socio-economic impacts, inventory control, production planning, facilities management and environmental impact studies. Head quartered in San Francisco, HRC has had area officers with development capabilities and staff support in Honolulu, Hawaii, Denver, and Washington, D.C. Mr. Inaba holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaii. As President of HRC, Mr. Inaba provided managerial direction and overall guidance for a wide range of HRC’s consultant services. His professional expertise and direct project participation emphasized the areas of management systems analysis, program planning and evaluation, research administration, economic development and urban planning and development. His reports have been published in numerous periodicals, including a report prepared for the National Science Foundation. Mr. Inaba served on numerous public and private councils. He was a member of the California Senate Advisory Select Committee on Small Business, a member of the San Francisco Loan Committee for Small Business and a member of the Economic Development Committee. He was a director and president of City Federal Savings and Loan Association in Oakland. |
