  • Contract Performance Assessment Representative (CPARE) Services

  • Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific. Provide services in support of the Joint Special Operations Task Force, Philippines (JSOTF-P) mission, Philippine Operations Support Contract (POSC). Perform Performance Assessments (PA) on all base operations (BOS) on Edwin Andrews Air Base (EAAB), Zamboanga, Philippines and several other sites and outstations in the Southern Ohilippines islands. Such PA process assess POSC contractor's work against the Performance Work Statement (PWS) measureable performance standards, and under the DoD's Performance Based Service Acquisition (PBSA) program, across areas of Aviation Operations and Maintenance, Facilities Management, Logistic and Supply Operations and Program Management. TCG's CPAREs are Quality Management Systems (QMS) specialists and are responsible for the efficient utilization of government facilities management contracting dollars.

  • Nurse Case Manager Services

  • 15th Medical Group, Patient Liaison Element, Managed Care Division, Tripler Army Medical Hospital. Responsible for identification and management of those patients with high-risk/high cost diagnoses, use of system resources and misuse of resources, ensuring available resources are being used in a timely and cost effective manner. Also involved with planning of identifying beneficiaries with long-term health care needs and/or high-risk/high-cost diagnoses. Develops, coordinates, implements and evaluates the efficiency of the individualized case management plan for any remote patients coming to Oahu to receive care at a civilian medical treatment facility.

  • Health Care Quality Improvement Services

  • U.S. Department of Defense/Pacific Air Forces Command (Hickam AFB, HI) – Develop and execute Performance Improvement (PI) policies, programs and procedures at the Pacific Air Forces, Headquarters, for nine medical treatment facilities (MTFs) within the Major Command (MAJCOM) as well one aeromedical evacuation squadron. Principal advisement to the Command Surgeon for all matters pertaining to areas of responsibility which include: Health Care quality Improvement, Professional Standards, Population Health, Performance Improvement, Credentials Management, and lead point of contact for Surgeon General office for handling Congressional and Inspector General inquiries related to health care.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Compliance Monitoring Services Services Services

  • U.S. Department of Defense/Pacific Air Forces Command (Hickam AFB, HI) – This contract supports Military Treatment Facilities within the Pacific Air Forces Command (PACAF) for HIPAA oversight services. The objective of this effort is to assist PACAF in developing and maintaining a HIPAA implementation and compliance program that meets the requirements of the Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, and Air Force regulations. Services cover nine PACAF Medical Treatment Facilities across Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Japan, and Korea.

  • State Outcome Measurement and Management System (SOMMS), Information Technology Technical Assistance

  • subcontracts with RTI International for Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Republic of Marshall Islands, and Republic of Palau - conduct assessment of current substance abuse treatment and mental health performance data systems, recommend changes to improve their data systems, and provide technical assistance in implementing new data systems.

  • For Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI) – Conducted comprehensive assessment of the quality, appropriateness, and efficacy of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Block Grant-funded treatment services for these Pacific Jurisdictions. Funded by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
